amadlo furniture is made by Gaujas Mēbeļu Fabrika (GMF), a factory in Riga, Latvia, that has specialized since 2000 in the manufacturing and installation of all types of furniture, doors and wooden interior products. Does amadlo make bespoke kitchens and custom doors for IKEA cabinets?
Yes. amadlo designs and manufactures complete made-to-measure kitchens as well as custom doors, drawer fronts, cover panels and other visible elements for IKEA METOD kitchens and IKEA PAX wardrobes. Products are manufactured in Latvia and delivered across Europe.
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost?
The price of a bespoke kitchen depends on its dimensions, layout, materials, hardware, countertop and installation requirements. Send us your kitchen plan, drawings or inspiration images, and we will prepare an individual price estimate. Initial project requests are normally reviewed within three to five working days.
How long does it take to manufacture a bespoke kitchen?
A complete made-to-measure kitchen normally takes approximately 6 to 10 weeks after the design and order have been confirmed. The exact production and delivery time depends on the size of the project, selected materials and delivery destination.
Are amadlo cabinet doors compatible with IKEA METOD and PAX?
Yes. amadlo produces custom cabinet doors and drawer fronts for IKEA METOD kitchen frames and IKEA PAX wardrobe frames. The fronts are prepared with compatible drilling patterns and arrive ready to install on the corresponding IKEA cabinets.
Can I replace only the doors on my existing IKEA kitchen?
Yes. You can keep your existing IKEA cabinet frames, drawers and interior fittings while replacing the visible elements. amadlo can produce new kitchen doors, drawer fronts, side panels, cover panels, fillers and plinths to give an existing IKEA kitchen a completely new appearance.
What materials and finishes are available?
amadlo offers natural oak and walnut veneer, painted MDF in NCS or RAL colours, furniture linoleum and Fenix NTM finishes. Different colours, handles and materials can be combined to create a custom kitchen or wardrobe design.
Does amadlo deliver and install furniture across Europe?
amadlo delivers bespoke kitchens and custom cabinet fronts across Europe. Installation support depends on the project and location. For IKEA cabinet fronts, amadlo can also help customers find an installation team in their region.
How does the bespoke kitchen ordering process work?
Start by sending amadlo your room measurements, kitchen layout, drawings or inspiration images. We prepare a price estimate, discuss the project during an online or in-person meeting, provide material samples, finalize the drawings and begin production after confirmation. The completed kitchen is then delivered and, where agreed, installed.
Can I order material samples before placing an order?
Yes. Material samples are available to help you compare colours, textures and finishes before confirming your kitchen or cabinet-front order. Samples are especially useful when choosing between painted MDF, natural veneer, furniture linoleum and Fenix NTM.
