This bespoke kitchen near Riga combines painted MDF fronts from the Molto and Delta collections. The project is a useful way to compare two different front profiles within one kitchen: Molto’s rounded detail and Delta’s vertical fluting. For your own order, choose the profile and confirm the paint finish from a physical sample.

Molto or Delta: what changes?
Molto uses rounded corners and an integrated handle profile. Choose it when you want the opening detail to be part of the door design and prefer a quieter surface.
Delta introduces vertical fluting. Its texture catches light differently across the front, adding detail even when the colour palette stays restrained. Compare the profile at full scale, including how it looks on narrow doors and drawer fronts.
Both models are shown here in painted MDF. When combining them, decide which cabinet groups should carry each model, then check the alignment of doors and drawers and the treatment of visible end panels.
Confirm colour and sheen before ordering
The exact NCS or RAL codes for this project are not published here. A colour copied from a screen is not a reliable paint specification. Ask us about a matching sample and confirm the colour reference, sheen and available finish before approving production.
Compare samples next to your worktop, floor and walls in daylight and under evening lighting. If you are matching existing painted doors, allow for differences caused by age, wear and earlier paint batches. Keep the approved specification with your order.
Prepare a quote for doors and drawer fronts
- Identify the cabinet system or supply a drawing for custom cabinets.
- List width, height, quantity and opening direction for each door.
- Record drawer and appliance-front fixings and required drilling.
- Mark which parts should be Molto and which should be Delta.
- Add panels, fillers, finish choices and delivery location.
This is a bespoke project, so IKEA compatibility should not be assumed from the photographs. We can discuss just the fronts; a new complete kitchen is not a prerequisite for an enquiry. Confirm separately whether hardware, cabinets, worktops and fitting are required.
